EMC scanner probe sensor
EMC visualization series, probe series developed for WM7000/WM9500 detects/irradiates magnetic fields, electric fields, ultrasonic waves, and more.
The "Near-Field Probes" of the VF, VC, and HC series, compliant with VCCI standards, are all constructed according to VCCI specifications. They are manufactured using a "sealed loop structure" and are patented products. The electric field probes have the same probe shape as the magnetic field probes. In the WM7000 series, probes can be exchanged with a single touch, allowing for easy measurement of magnetic field noise maps and electric field noise maps. It enables the acquisition of necessary data to solve emission noise problems all at once. The "Electromagnetic Wave Irradiation Probe" MT-667 series emits electric or magnetic fields from extremely small electrodes and scans the DUT from a close distance, visualizing the intrusion of electromagnetic waves from the surrounding space. (Originally developed for fault attacks in side-channel attacks.) The sound sensor capable of measuring "ultrasound" was originally developed for visualizing the sound wave spread of "in-vehicle sonar." It can be used not only for ultrasound but also for noise source exploration and for detecting the "singing" of capacitors.
